Our Work

We facilitated a rapid evaluative process, including interviews, surveys and collaborative multi-stakeholder workshops to develop a shared understanding of the response, and jointly prioritise recommendations

The Impact

Many recommendations were implemented, supporting greater interoperability between agencies and tangible improvements in response capability.

A large organisation needed a MEL framework to track progress on its first Gender Equality Action Plan and report to the state Gender Equality Commissioner.

Our Work

We worked alongside the gender equality team to develop a practical MEL framework and system for the organisation's 10-year equality strategy.

The system enables organisational reflection on progress and supports statutory reporting requirements.
